Somewhere in my mid-twenties, life reached a pinnacle of challenges.
In my efforts to move through these times, I stumbled into the world of personal development, and found myself seeking mentorship and coaching that would be paramount in helping me shift my life entirely.
Struck by how profoundly my changes shaped my life and empowered me, I knew this would be part of how I worked in the world and I began to mentor and work with clients seeking, experiencing, and managing significant life changes, challenges, and choices.
Often we reach a season in life where we are navigating new growth ~ sometimes growth we are choosing, sometimes that which comes with a shifting life.
Having someone to support this navigation, reflect back powerful statements, observations, and nuances from ones' story can reveal so much that we cannot see from our isolated perspective, but come to light once shared and reflected back with someone who can skillfully support your challenges, choices and changes.
